Donate via JustTextGiving to the British Red Cross UK Solidarity Fund and The Vodafone Foundation will match fund any donations up to the value of £100,000...
In the aftermath of the recent devastating terror attacks in London, coming only two weeks after the Manchester attack, people across the country have united to support and help each other.
The British Red Cross has been right at the heart of the support network for victims and their families and has now set up the UK Solidarity Fund to help those people affected by terror attacks anywhere in the UK.
Donations made to the fund will go towards supporting people who have been injured, bereaved or traumatised. It will also go towards helping alleviate immediate suffering, and ensuring that victims and their families don’t face short-term financial difficulties.
The British Red Cross has set up the following JustTextGiving code to make it easy for you to donate and The Vodafone Foundation (registered charity no.1089625) will match fund any donations made to the UK Solidarity Fund via this code, up to the value of £100,000*.
Text the JustTextGiving code, HELP99 and the amount you’d like to donate (for example £10) to 70070
You’ll then be sent a message asked if you want to add Gift Aid to your donation
The donation will be added to your phone bill, regardless of which UK network you’re using
JustTextGiving Ts&Cs can be found here

*Match funding by the Vodafone Foundation will end 9 August 2017
