And you know what? March is the perfect time to do it, since there’s a staggering amount of top quality telly, sport and music arriving this month. But we know it’s tough to choose between the options, so we’re here as usual to break down everything that’s going on in the world of #4GEntertainment this month, starting with Netflix…

Netflix is, obviously, the only place you can watch any of the award-winning Netflix Originals, and when that includes shows like House of Cards, Better Call Saul, Marvel’s Daredevil, Orange Is the New Black, Narcos, Marco Polo and more, you really can’t go wrong.

This March is set to be a huge month for Netflix, and it kicks off with a real bang. On 4 March, Frank Underwood returns for season 4 of the multi award-winning political drama House of Cards. Need to get yourself caught up on what’s going on in D.C? No problem: the last three seasons of House of Cards are ready and waiting for you on Netflix, too.

Don’t forget about Netflix’s excellent Marvel tie-ins too! Season 2 of Marvel’s Daredevil arrives on 18 March, and if it’s anywhere near as explosive as season 1 we’ll be very happy indeed. Head over to Netflix to catch up on season 1, as well as season 1 of Marvel’s Jessica Jones if you haven’t already!

As if that wasn’t enough to be getting on with, season 6 of Pretty Little Liars continues on Netflix in March. Wonder what all the fuss is about for this ‘A’ character? Check out the story from the very beginning with Seasons 1-5. We told you it was going to be a big month.

There’s plenty of great music to look forward to in March, but nothing has us quite excited as the long-awaited debut album from Låpsley. If you’re not familiar with the British teenage sensation yet, you’re in for a treat – her minimalist electro-pop has drawn comparisons with the likes of The xx, London Grammar and Oh Wonder.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, check below for a taster from her upcoming album, ‘Long Way Home’, and keep an eye out for the record in full on 4 March.

Whilst we’re at it, have you had a chance to check out Spotify Party yet? Spotify’s expertly curated playlists for every genre take the DJ duties out of your hands – just head for the playlists section in the Spotify app, find ‘Party’, and select your genre of choice. From there you’ll see an ‘adjust the mood’ bar , where you can mellow things out or push the tempo at your leisure. Apart from that, Spotify will handle the rest. Give it a go!

NOW-TVNOW TV Entertainment Pass

If you plump for a NOW TV Entertainment Pass when you sign up to one of our Red Value Bundles, you can watch loads of amazing channels you can’t get on Freeview – including the likes of Comedy Central, ITV Encore, Sky1, Sky Living, and Sky Atlantic – as well as access to over 250 Box Sets.

With Game of Thrones returning to our screens next month, now is the time to start reacquainting yourself with all the latest happenings in Westeros and Essos. Thankfully, season 1 of George R. R. Martin’s fantasy epic is available to watch now, while seasons 2-5 are back on NOW TV from 14 March, giving you plenty of time to get up to speed, just in time for the season 6 premiere on 25 April.

If you’re more of a comic book fan, drop into Sky1 on 3 March for the premiere of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – a spin-off series based in the same universe as ‘Arrow’ and ‘The Flash’, featuring DC heroes Firestorm, Atom and White Canary. Victor Garber and Brandon Routh star, with former Prison Break stars Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller also joining the cast.

Finally, calling all Geordie Shore fans: it’s back! Season 12 arrives on MTV starting 15 March.

Sky-SportsSky Sports Mobile TV

We’re into the business end of what’s been a truly mind-boggling Premier League season, and there’s still all to play for at the top and the bottom. Tune in on 20 March for explosive clashes at both ends of the table, as Man United take on Man City at the Etihad, whilst Newcastle and Sunderland battle it out at St. James’ Park.

Meanwhile, England’s cricketers look to pick themselves up after a 3-2 one-day series loss against South Africa, as they head to ICC World Twenty20 championships in India. Despite the disappointing result in South Africa, Eoin Morgan’s men have proven themselves as a formidable Twenty20 side of late, and there’s an air of optimism about this England side in limited overs cricket at the moment. Tune in on 8 March for the opening game, and throughout the month to watch the best sides in the world duke it out.
