Having difficulty choosing your Vodafone 4G content partner? Take a look at what's coming up this month on Spotify, Sky Sports and Now TV to help you make your decision...

4g content partners 2014

Just signed up to Vodafone 4G? Each of our 4G Red plans comes with the choice of Sky Sports Mobile TV, Spotify Premium or NOW TV Entertainment, giving you access to hundreds of hours of content on your phone, tablet, desktop and more, all at no added cost.

But with so many matches, tracks and TV shows up for grabs, choosing won’t be easy. That’s why we run through the coming highlights on each of our three 4G entertainment packs* at the start of every new month. Here’s what to look out for in February 2015…

Your Sky Sports Mobile TV subscription will gift you access to Sky Sports 1, 2 and Sky Sports News, all available to stream live to your phone or tablet wherever you have a data connection. That means you never have to miss a goal, hole-in-one, try, wicket, match point or big win, no matter how busy you are.

February may well be one of the year’s coldest months, but the Barclays Premier League is really heating up. Football fans can enjoy six live and exclusive matches in February, including Arsenal vs Aston Villa, Man City vs Newcastle, and a clash between age-old local rivals with Everton vs Liverpool. There are also live and exclusive games from the UEFA Champions League, with Juventus vs Dortmund on 24 Feb, and Arsenal vs Monaco on 25 Feb.

Sky Sports is also the only place you can catch the pool stage of the ICC Cricket World Cup, with England, Australia, India, Pakistan, New Zealand and Scotland all locked in matches throughout the month. Meanwhile, there are three games apiece from the Rugby League First Utility Super League and World Club Challenge, including Widnes Vikings v Wigan Warriors in the former and St Helens v South Sydney in the latter.

Spotify Premium unlocks the door to millions upon millions of tracks from thousands of artists, all of which are ready and waiting for you to hit play. You can use your Spotify account on your phone, tablet, computer, compatible connected set top box and more, and a Premium account means you won’t ever hear any ads.

Love it or loathe it, there’s one big event in February that always temporarily sways our musical tastes: Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re looking for the perfect soundtrack for a romantic evening in or the best post-breakup songs ever written, Spotify’s got your back. Here’s Spotify’s top three Valentine’s Day playlists:

1. Late Night Love

2. Sexual Healing

3. 101 Timeless Love Songs

Romance aside, there are tons of new albums coming out this month from a variety of big names. In need of some new sounds? Spotify Premium members will soon be able to stream these to their hearts’ content:

– Shadows in the Night by Bob Dylan (3 February)
– Smoke + Mirrors by Imagine Dragons (17 February)
– First Kiss by Kid Rock (February 24th)

Using Spotify on Android or iOS? Be sure to take a look at the new Touch Preview experience – the beautifully simple new way to listen to snippets of a smattering of songs from every playlist.

And finally, now that we’re through January we thought we’d best check: how many of you are still sticking to your New Year’s resolutions? If you’re still trudging down to the gym on a regular basis, check out this playlist by ‘Insanity’ workout creator Shaun T, which he’s designed to help you get big results in a short space of time.

Your subscription to NOW TV Entertainment brings with it top TV from 13 of the best paid-for channels in the UK including Sky 1, Sky Atlantic, Sky Living, Sky Arts, Comedy Central, FOX, MTV, The Disney Channel and the Discovery Channel.

It’s crammed with boxsets – big budget award-winners, undiscovered gems and your old favourites alike – and it also lets you tune in to each channel live, so you won’t miss those big exclusive premieres like The Walking Dead (S5b starts on 9 February) as they happen.

Looking for a new obsession this February? JJ Abrams fans can enjoy all five seasons of Alias starring Jennifer Garner, a double-agent working for the CIA as an operative in an international espionage criminal organisation.

If you’re in the mood for some drama, meanwhile, why not watch Fortitude, the new, must-see crime thriller of 2015, only on Sky Atlantic. Fortitude is a Sky Original Programme starring Stanley Tucci, Michael Gambon, Christopher Eccleston, Sofie Grabol and more. The 12 hour thriller season, which is centred on a mysterious death in the Arctic Circle, has been filmed in Iceland and the UK. Remember: it’s not just the cold that kills.
