Sky Sports Mobile TV
Choose Sky Sports Mobile TV as your content partner, and you’ll be able to access live content from Sky Sports 1 and 2 on your phone or tablet wherever you are and whenever you have an internet connection. And with the Barclays Premier League is now officially, finally back in a big way, there’s never been a better time for sports fans to jump on board.
In September there are five Premier League games live and exclusive to Sky Sports, including Liverpool v Aston Villa, Man City v Chelsea and Arsenal v Spurs. Big names that’ll surely make for big fixtures, but there’s plenty more going on besides.
There are also five games from the Live Sky Bet Football League, International Cricket from the 4th and 5th ODI Tests between England and India, and live tennis from the US Open. Sky Sports is also the only place that you can watch the live 2014 Singapore Grand Prix.
September marks the start of Autumn, which in music terms means you’ll be needing plenty of melancholic, relaxed and acoustic tunes to sit perfectly along with falling leaves, rainy bus journeys and windswept walks. Thankfully, Spotify has you covered. Among its 20 million+ song library, the near endless collection of user and Spotify-created playlists offers curated sets for every mood.
When it comes to new releases, meanwhile, there’s loads out look out for in September. New albums to keep an eye out for include Listen by The Kooks, Goddess by Banks, Street King Immortal by 50 Cent, This is All Yours by Alt-J and a new self-titled album by Ryan Adams. For all the latest, you can find new releases under the ‘Browse’ section on Spotify’s desktop, web and mobile apps.
Choose Netflix as your 4G content bundle and you’ll be unlocking a world of TV shows and films, some of which you won’t be able to get anywhere else. Among award-winning homegrown shows like House of Cards, Orange Is The New Black and new comedy cartoon Bojack Horseman, you’ll find a huge range of films of all genres and for all ages, including those that only recently made it to DVD.
Hot off the big screen and available to stream right now on your phone, tablet, games console and desktop computer is the second in Peter Jackson’s epic interpretation of J. R. R. Tolkein’s The Hobbit – The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug. The second of three parts, this sequel to 2012’s original Hobbit adventure follows Bilbo Baggins as he ventures into the layer of the titular dragon Smaug, voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch. Missed the first in the series? It’s available too – all told, that’s over six hours of Middle Earth action to get stuck into.
