That means you’ll be able to watch live sports from Sky Sports 1 and 2 right on your phone, or stream any of over 20 million songs from Spotify straight to your pocket. And now that June’s just around the corner, it’s time to take a look at what’s coming up…

Sky Sports Mobile TV

skysportsthumbThe football season may be over, with Man City walking away victorious in the Barclays Premier League and Arsenal lifting the FA Cup, but there’s still a lot for sports fans to sink their teeth into on Sky Sports Mobile TV. In fact, June is jam packed with rugby, cricket and golf that’s all live and totally exclusive to Sky Sports, so there’s plenty to keep sports fans going until the football season comes roaring back.

There are no fewer than 13 international rugby union matches in June, kicking off on 7 June with New Zealand vs England, Australia vs France, South Africa vs World XV and Argentina vs Ireland all in one day. We’ve also got live Rugby Super League appearances from Leeds Rhinos, Huddersfield and Hull KR to look forward to.

In cricket, there are the first and second international tests between England and Sri Lanka, as well as live Natwest T20 match between Leicestershire and the Birmingham Bears on 12 June.

Spotify Premium

spotifymainthumbSpotify Premium brings you access to over 20 million tracks to stream to a compatible smartphone wherever you have a mobile internet signal, or to save for offline use. You can create your own playlists, follow ones created by your friends and favourite bands, and even find ones to fit your mood. On top of that, it allows you to use Spotify’s browser and desktop versions on your computer. It’s a music lover’s dream.

So what’s big this month? Well, as you might have heard, there’s a rather large footballing tournament happening in Brazil this June. Whether you’re travelling over there to take it all in, having people over to your place, or if you just want to get yourself in the mood for some fantastic international footie, look no further than Spotify’s anthemic playlists below:

1. Air Punch!

2. Arena Rock

3. Legendary

Of course, if football’s not your thing then there’s plenty more going on under Spotify’s hood. June 2014 sees new albums released from the Klaxons, Jack White, Imogen Heap, the Antlers, Ice T and Echo & the Bunnymen, among many others – so there’s a huge amount for fans of any genre to get stuck into.
