If the phone you crave is on this page, it means it’ll be landing with us just as soon as we’ve run it through our rigorous network tests. New phones will land here once we’re able to confirm them, and they’ll disappear as they go on sale. Things will move fast, so make sure you stay up to date…

    I’ve been a customer for nearly eight years and I’m starting to lose patience with Vodafone over the forever ‘to be confirmed’ lark…  My contract’s been up for renewal for nearly a year on a rolling monthly sim-only plan while I wait for a decent phone to be released.  I’ve now decided I want to upgrade my phone to a newer Nokia Lumia but I don’t want to hang around for months on the basis of ‘sometime maybe’ availability – by which point the phone will probably be superseded…  So come on Vodafone, start committing to a date or you will start losing loyal customers – EE is looking more attractive by the day

    The Lumia 920 has been out for a while, just not on
    Vodafone. Surely, it would be easy to set a date for Vodafone rather than
    vaguely talking about “it’s a while away from release”. If I had a
    firm date, even if it was far away, I would probably wait. But not having a
    date, makes me want to leave, and luckily I can as of last week. I won’t wait
    forever.  

    Have you heard of the concept of “pre-order”? Wouldn’t that be a great way of binding your customers?

    Why is it authorised resellers are offering this phone now on a Vodafone contract but we still can’t get it direct from Vodafone?

    According to someone working in a local Vodafone store the Lumia 920 will be out on 6 Feb?  Is this true and if so why aren’t you updating your web page?????
